This bag is great in theory however, I’m starting to question the quality of it. I’ve used it once and one of the bottom protectors came off. I’ve just gone to pack the bag for beach day tomorrow and the Velcro strip is starting to coming off. I don’t think it’s worth the price. I also had an issue with the fact the carabiner clips weren’t sent with the bag and customer service was very slow. They did eventually send me the clips but that was after a few emails.
This bag isn’t a bad bag I just don’t think the quality is there.
The idea of this bag is great! Heaps of room, perfect for the beach.
Unfortunately the bag didn’t come with the clips that are required to be able to use as a backpack. Customer service is certainly not a strong point with this company. After a few unanswered emails the company finally got back to me and sent out the clips. The other negative is one of the protective bottom feet fell off after first use. So I’m now questioning the quality of the bag.
In saying all this, I still think the bag is a great invention and great for the beach!
A versatile bag and love the labels. Good size as well. I haven't actually used it yet since bubs is due in 3 months but looking forward to using it!
